Does U.S. Bank offer disability insurance?

Pros

-never bothered me at home -helped me with short term disability after a surgery -many training opportunities

Cons

-lower end salaries -make getting promoted impossible -trading people around locations frequently

Advice to Management

Try to be more understanding of the abuse store front employees go through from customers when following YOUR policies. Take our side every once in a while. Also, let your employees get promoted. Quit changing the promotion guidelines every quarter so those who were supposed to be promoted get screwed. This is a crappy ploy to save money on salaries and it really hurts employee morale.

Advice to Management

Get over your book of business. If you have a book of business for the managers give them more staff. You are out of touch with reality. You want so much from management but do little to nothing to help them with resources.
