Pros
The work you do is pretty simple and mindless. Easy to work away a long shift without too many issues. Customers don't seem to be as bad here as in other places.
Cons
Management is appalling. Constant issues with managers being fired or quitting, resulting in awful stock issues, lots of employees leaving over too much stress and poor treatment, and many being forced to take on roles outside of their pay grade and not being appropriately compensated for it. Also, shifts were often extremely long and breaks were bare minimum - 10 hours of work with a 20 minute break is not sufficient. Distinct lack of training resulting in new employees not knowing the job they are doing which caused issues during shifts when lots of work was not done correctly.
