At 10 Pearls they conduct series of interviews including a client interview at the last before making an offer.
Interviewers and recruiters are very good skilled. Due to client interview it took much time to complete the hiring process.

Interview
First Round would be technical interview, solve some coding problem,
deep understanding of technology would be tested,
Second Round would be Architecture level knowledge Assessment
Third Round would be with Director, pretty much can be anything to technical to non technical
Fourth Round would be non technical and communication assessment.

They Asked me about the major achievements and critical problem faced and what i did.
