Applied via Indeed. Received a telephone interview request just over a week after applying. On the day of the telephone interview, it was cancelled and rescheduled to the following week. Never heard anything back until I chased them with an email the following month. Had a responds a few days later and I was told that the company has already made an offer to a candidate. Typical of the company keeping the potential candidate waiting. If it's going to be a no, just be honest and transparent with the candidate. Why does it take for the candidate to email and chase for feedback?
