First an hour long Skype interview. Then traveled for on-site meeting, where I was interviewed by three different groups of people. Afterwards, they did not even have the courtesy to update me or respond to my email. I would not waste your time.
The interview was a great experience. The questions were related to school and work experiences and motivation for working with high school students. The staff who interviewed me were pleasant and clearly passionate about their jobs.
