Come well dressed, have some kind of wine knowledge and be a very hard worker. It's all about how well you carry yourself and you must carry yourself respectfully and professionally at all times. It's not hard if thats already the person you are.

I applied online and took a personality and cognitive test. I got a call to come in and interview with the manager about a week later and was offered a position on the spot. Some people met with a lower manager before interviewing with the general manager.
