the selection process is very simple, first hr, second versant, and the last manager round, within few days all documentation get done and offer letter will get after certification once you get certified you will receive on hr app
2 rounds, not very difficult. General questions asked. 1st round was based on a subjective round. The questions asked revolved around the BPO concept. 2nd round was with HR. HR at the end will share which process you would like to enter.

Interview
When I interviewed, I had HR round, Versant round, technical round, Ops round. Now they might have reduced the number of rounds. Overall you just have to be confident and do some research about the process that you are interviewing for before the interview, that should be enough to clear the interview.
