3Red Partners interview questions

Somewhat standoffish / distracted interviewer. It was a coding / technical interview but it was clear he was doing it from his phone. Asked language-specific questions, very specific data structures (in the above language) questions, algorithms questions about numpy internals, and ds&a questions.

Standard process with multiple rounds: phone call with HR, Zoom with traders, take-home coding challenge, Zoom with QRs, followed by an on-site. People were very professional with an academic mindset.
