Met a senior person through a referral.
Had a informal round first. Then another formal round with some business fundamentals.
Did well in the second to secure an offer.
Offer was made for Dubai as the job location.
The first project was for a Government concern which made me more excited with the expectation of a challenging project,

Interview
Written test was conducted in class and the number of questions was asked in the next round. it started with usual questions such as tell me about yourself and it kept growing from there
