I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2014
Interview
This was a very quick and easy interview process, no trick questions and negotiable wages. The interviewer was friendly and respectful. They made the process as easy as possible by being very direct with the questions, and did not make me refill the part of the application where my resume information was needed

Question 1
Questions were brief, inquiries into my retail background, how my customer service skills would be applied, and how my financial knowledge would be utilized. This job is requires patience while dealing with the public, so having a strong retail history is a must.
