I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 7-Eleven in Oct 2022
Interview
I had two back to back interviews. One with a manager and a lead from a different but closely related team. Asked relevant questions and were friendly. Had the next interview with a manager on the team I was applying for. She didn't seem happy there as she seemed exhausted. All 3 mentioned that the job was pretty busy, the work was on a contract basis as corporate had a hiring freeze. Comments made about the sheer amount of work they had, how busy they were, and how no one even makes a dentist appointment during close made me feel like they were pretty understaffed and the position would be stressful. They have to go into the office on Wednesdays but rest of the time it's WFH. I got referred to apply with a different team where I had more experience with the work instead but chose not to continuing to pursue an opportunity based on the red flags.

Question 1
Are you okay working with 7/11 on a contract basis?
Fast and relatively easy. Only one interview with the interviewee and was done in about 15 minutes. Heard back after about a week and accepted the offer soon after and started the following week

Interview
It was a virtual interview with 3 different managers, each lasting around 15 minutes. The basic questions, like name a time you went above and beyond at work. Nothing too technical.
