A few phone interviews with the recruiter. Online assessment after passing phone interviews. Interview with market manager after passing online assessment.Day spent in the field with a current field consultant. Field consultant then provides feedback to market manager. If all goes well job offer very quickly. In training once offer accepted.

Interview
Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
