Interview process was in person with the store manager. The store manager talked a lot about herself, which is fine, but it was odd to me because she didn't ask that many questions for me. Told me I'd hear back within a week if I were to be moving forward or not. However, I was completely ghosted.

What would your current manager say are your strengths and weaknesses?
Interview with SM and DM. Process took 6 months to move up. Fairly easy and very open dialogue. More of conversation than anything. Was already employed at company and showed interest in growth.

Interview
The interview was very personable and specific. Questions were very detailed and directed on the individual's performance. The interview turned more into a conversation, which allowed the manager to to get the me better as an individual.
