Interview was very informal with structured questions. Quite enjoyed the process but also got the feeling that there was a specific candidate they had in mind. Congrats to whoever got the role!

Interview
Mostly is the interviewer talking about the company, and less question is asked. Overall everything is ok. The interviewer is very friendly and it is very comfortable. N n n n n n n n n n n n n n
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 8build (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Conversation with the Head of Estimating before a simple questionnaire based on experience and knowledge of the job role. Total interview was about 30 mins and received a follow up interview. Unfortunately the job description changed to a multi-disciplined role (M&E appose to just Electrical) in which I have not studied fully in the past.
