The interview process took a total of three interviews, The first was a general question intake.
The second interview questions went into a greater depth and also included an activity where you had to create a small lesson plan.
The final interview was an interview with the Executive Director. The interview was going well but I clarified I would not be willing to work with police in my role. The executive Director, Jonathan Zeichner, stopped me mid-sentence, shutdown any explanation I tried giving, and made comments against Black Lives Matter.
