Structured interview process. A two partner panel. They begin by asking about you generally, then your work experience. They end with competency questions. The ‘vibe’ of the interview depends on the two partners. Mine were very formal.

Great! The interviewers were very nice. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. They seemed very interested to know about me and I found it easy to relate to them. It literally felt like just a fun conversation rather than an interview.
