The interview process took a bit longer due to unforeseen circumstances, but the employer communicated everything very well. The first round was a conversation with an HR representative and the team manager, focused on getting to know me and covering classic motivation-related questions. The second round was with the director, conducted in a relaxed atmosphere with a high level of transparency. Regardless of the outcome, they provide feedback. The experience was friendly, with no specific skill tests—rather, the emphasis was on experience and competencies.

Very friendly and quick process focused on behavioral questions, "Why A1?" and "Why this position?". Also included a case question where I had to prepare and present a PowerPoint. All in all, I would say it's very doable!
