This organization needs to rethink their volunteer process as it's way too intense and is more like applying for a job. The Charlotte office is extremely disorganized and I was strung along for 6 months until I finally gave up to volunteer with another organization. A21 is missing out on volunteers with valuable resources and connections....their loss!

Interview
There was a set of two three interviews, the process took about three weeks - very laid back, largely questions about your qualifications and why you want to work there, as well as expectations for the internship, but you still want to dress appropriately (business casual or formal) and respond professionally.
