The CV is short listed and the candidate is called for interview. There were two rounds: First Technical and Second HR. The negotiation is done at HR round. After the selection the document submission is there which is helped by the HR staff. The main hurdle was the technical interview phase. HR round is general and is concentrated on salary negotiation.
