Interview
Applied online, and was contacted within two weeks. I was first invited to complete an online capacity test, and a few days later I was invited for two back-to-back interviews. First interview was background and motivation focused. Interviewers were friendly, and created a warm atmosphere. The second one was focused in assessing technical knowledge. Questions were of average difficulty. They called me to give me detailed feedback the day after.

Interview
After having finished the online test I was selected for the following step. I had wo interviews, one about motivation and one technical. Both of them lasted 45 minutes and were subsequent.
After CV screening you need to finish an online cognitive test. If you passed the test you will be invited to the office for an interview. The interview has two rounds in one set. The first round is more behavioural and they asked about motivations. The second round is more technical and they asked about corporate finance questions in M&A. One day after the interview they told me the decision.
