Interview
After having finished the online test I was selected for the following step. I had wo interviews, one about motivation and one technical. Both of them lasted 45 minutes and were subsequent.
After CV screening you need to finish an online cognitive test. If you passed the test you will be invited to the office for an interview. The interview has two rounds in one set. The first round is more behavioural and they asked about motivations. The second round is more technical and they asked about corporate finance questions in M&A. One day after the interview they told me the decision.
