Highly non-technical, boring to the point of wondering why you are here in the first place. I was told it was mainly about motivation, so a general cv check was in place.

Which position exites you else type of questions. What did you do in your projects, or scripting languages
It was a rather lengthy procedure ( a about 1.5 months) for me but there was also no time pressure for me. A technical interview with direct colleagues, and a hiring manager. Psychological test and an interview with HR. Very positive atmosphere, people were friendly and supportive.

Interview
The process went smoothly, a bit extended in time due to the Christmas holidays. What I liked about the interviews is that they stuck to what they said we would talk about, so not a lot of surprises. In the technical interview, they also included my lack of credit risk knowledge, so they skipped domain-based questions, which was nice, and felt like they were both aware of who I am and what the essential skills they look for are. The technical interview was however quite difficult and maths-oriented, also conducted by two physics PhDs.
