ADAPT Community Network Case Manager interview questions

commuted an hour and a half to be informed that, my resume along with my presentation of myself was professional and fitted the criteria for position stated above. I was offered the position right on the spot and was also told by recruiter, that I would get a phone interview the following day, Friday along with coming in to site location in Bronx. Both of these events did not occur. I was left baffled.
