ADE Systems Estimator/Sales Assistant interview questions

Met with the Co-Owner and Manager of Estimators. The Manager was great, she had a ton of experience and a great personality. I felt positive about it until the co-owner, Rick, came into the meeting. Very cocky and full of himself. Didn't even look me in the eye and was slouching. Asked me to describe myself and what challenges I would face working there. Told me that he fires employees after just 3 months because "he just knows if they will be a fit". Watches employees to see if they text or not. Was offered the position but not only was he a deterring factor, the salary was way to low for my liking. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
