I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADT (Concord, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I met with a pair of ADT managers at their headquarters and chatted for about an hour. They seemed to highlight more on customer service with a general knowledge of technical stuff. The recruiter I went through said that having a white/blue dress shirt with a tie is a must.
