Interview
Interview process was professional and quick. HR showed me around in the nice corporate building, Nice people around there. I got phone interview and on site interview. Had behavior interview questions too.
30 minute behavioral interview. It was half the employee talking and half me talking. I felt prepared like any other interview. They tell you about the position for half of it.
Converting from a contractor to a full time employee at ADT Commercial. I was already working on the team. I was on a contract to hire. I did not have to do a formal interview.
