I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADT (Torrance, CA) in Jan 2009
Interview
The interview and Hiring process was smooth and very detailed because of the amount of money that is spent on each perspective employee, and I think that the process was very genuine.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
there was no unexpected questions during the process.
Basic interview questions in front of someone from department, HR, and training. Casual format, more of a conversation than question/answer format. HR gave benefit overview, department manager focused on communication skills, and training provided on-going training program for managers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADT (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Internal hiring, interview with the department head of Inside Sales and Booking. I was referred by my direct manager and the head of the tele-monitoring center who encouraged me to join the sales department to help them grow.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADT (Toronto, ON) in May 2017
Interview
Is presentation with short interview after. Questions come from me and not interviewer. Very casual. I'm only one that dress in shirt and tie. Job was not as it says in the advert. Presentation is like sales pitch. Man giving seems nice and is motivated and passionate about the role he is selling. Feel like some sort of wage should be offered for your time.
