I was brought on to interview by a recruiter. I first interviewed with the hiring managers, then was brought on site to interview with a panel of 6 different people in different roles and departments. The conversations were good, the team was very nice, and the interview was respectful of my time and experience. I had a good experience with the team in-office and felt as if it would be a good company to work for.
