Interview
Expectations were very clear. Sometimes (especially in commission only jobs) expectations are expressed very well, giving you a vauge idea of what to expect. This interview was quite the opposite. I understood what was expected of me day one.
Relatively simple and straightforward. Nothing to overthink and just be yourself. Be sure to ask questions as the job wasn’t exactly what I thought it was going to be after accepting.

Quick and open. They definitely want sales reps with personality. Full of humor and slogans. Went over scheduling, how the pay system is set up, and the training process. Asked when did I want to start.
