I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AGC Partners (Boston, MA) in Nov 2024
Interview
Fairly straight forward behavioral and technical questions. If you review the standard IB interview guide, should be able to handle. Why work in IB, why tech / software, walk through internship experience, etc.
Fairly straightforward process. Started with a call with the CFO, then 2 interviews with analysts and associates (basic technicals), followed by final round with CEO and MD (behavioral). Then got my offer through a call with CFO.
