Long and thorough process. Probably the most intense interview process I've ever had. Skype interview followed by two separate days of in-person interviews. All kind, smart, passionate staff at AIPAC. You need to really know your stuff, so study up. You'll be asked questions about AIPAC, Israel, Congress, various legislation and policy, aspects of the U.S.-Israel relationship, threats to Israel, etc
