Really was not an interview with AJ Manufacturing - Bloomer, WI. Myself along with 6 others had been hired by Manpower Employment Services earlier to work here. Our first day was about 4-5 hours of duldrum going over basic (obvious) safety videos and worksheets. With a half hour lunch break in the middle. AJ did not talk much at all about the "Benefits" of working here, It seemed they just wanted to cover the safety aspects to protect themselves legally in the future if needed. This was the first time in all my years that a company didn't supply you with your own copy of their Rules & Regulations to take home. They just gave you 20-30 minutes to look through a bunch of messy, hard to read photo copies, and had you sign off that you read and understand it all.
