Waste of time. Until the process recruiter will keep calling you. At the end they'll justput you on the situation which meaning less specially their recruiters.. To understand the problem and type in high speed itself will take 15-20mins. But expected max time 10mins. Are they not wasting time of candidates? Are they evaluating problem solving skills or typing speed? If it could typing speed, they could give simple paragraph, why wasting time stating that tech round.

The Interview process was quiet good. It took 2 weeks from initiation to completion. 1st round was Basic Technical Round 2nd round was the Cultural Fit Round 3rd round was again the Technical Round 4th Round was the Client Facing Round After these rounds, I was given an offer letter, which I accepted.
