As long as your personable and well rounded the interview process was easy. Speak to what you know and ask questions. Pretty straight forward and asked about my experience. They also ask you questions to gauge your work ethic. They care about their employees and provide a family type work environment.

In person with Gerry Homlick and interview was quick and to the point. AJD Construction is a great company to work for. Gerry gave alot of insight about their company and beautiful projects they already finished. The after results are mind blowing.
