The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
First round is mental math and sequences that can be practiced on the trader test dot com. Second round was a personality test which cant really be prepared four. Third round is a hirevue round which is more probability and mental math, I'd recommend practicing with hirevue and becoming familiar with the program.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
