Applied online, contacted by a staff of the company, had a phone chat with her and set up an in-person interview. Then the 1st round was an in-person interview with a VP. She didn't ask many typical behavioral questions, it was more like she introducing the company and the position.
Then I was invited to come in person again a few weeks later to do a 2nd in-person interview. The person who interviewed me asked all kind of weird questions regarding my professional experience on my resume and had no idea what and why she was asking. One weird question asked was followed by another even weirder follow-up question. If you don't know anything about something, DO NOT pretend you do.
Overall experience was negative. The management had unrealistic business goals for the company. The initial HR seemed like nice but never picked up her phone no matter how many times you called, irresponsive, last minute interview notice.
Very tiring process overall.
