After being referred by a current employee, i was asked to e-mail my resume then asked to prepare for an interview that took place the following day. Since i had no idea about the location of the office, i called to ask for directions which i was given. The next day, I went for the interview. The office was in a very quiet neighborhood and had only 4 employees who were all part of the panel. I arrived on time and the interview room was not ready so the other interviewees and i had to wait before being asked in. I went through a panel interview of 4 people and each asked me different questions based on the job descriptions. The interview was interesting and less tense compared to some that i have been to. The people seemed relaxed and humorous, less formal with each other and with me (the interviewee).
