I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at APTIM in Nov 2023
Interview
Phone screening with various questions that are yes/no. Interview was video meeting,
Interview was a panel of a few guys working from different state offices. They asked only one question and then stated all the job duties and paused after each duty to make me ask them questions. Now, the interview itself was very easy because of this, but the negative experience was from how their recruiter acted after I received the offer.
To summarize, they acted weird after how I told them I needed a few days to think about the offer. Apparently, you're not allowed to think about it, because the recruiter will start to laugh at you and go on a wild rant about how there is nothing to think about when the offer is above market price with your lack of experience (they kept saying I was unemployed, but I was employed when I interviewed). They also said it was a waste of resources if they are willing to train me and kept saying to just accept it. They even name dropped another candidate that they would prefer to accept over me which was unprofessional.
Overall, interview at your own risk.
