AR Wonders interview questions

I have posted in Interview review about this company earlier. But the company is more commonly known by the name AR Wonders. Hence, re-posting it here for benefit of community.There were 3 rounds in all and, all the rounds put together, 6 people interviewed me in all. The first round was with the Project Manager. The next round was with an elderly person and the HR Manager. The last round was with the CEO and COO of the company along with a third person who's name I do not recall. The last round was the worst of all. They asked me hypothetical questions and gave me a few options to choose from. But, it turned out, their expected answer was not among the given options. Also, towards the end, came questions like * What is your dream? * What do you like most about yourself? * What sets you apart? etc. The worst question in the interview was:- Your projects have got delayed. What will you do? Do not bother to answer about schedule compression, reestimate, crashing etc. Tell them you are confident your projects never get delayed. This is what they expect. I did not get selected. But later I heard from a friend of mine that they had offered him a job verbally and then did not send him the offer letter at all. When he called, they said they have changed their mind. This was 6 months ago. They had also asked him the same questions. After rejecting me, I found the same opening posted afresh on a job portal. I honestly feel they just post jobs for the sake of it. If you have been posting the same job for six months and still not hired, you need to re-look at your hiring policy. Also I have a feeling this opening is fake. They do not need to or want to hire anyone. They just post it every few days for the sake of it.
