Quick phone screen interview, followed by an online IQ test and personality test, prior to interview. Then one in-person interview at their office. Hiring manager was very friendly, interview seemed to the point and personable - no B.S. I liked the guy. It did take quite a long time to hear about the position, but it was a new job they were creating, so that's understandable.
