ASC Process Systems Welder/Fabricator interview questions

Filled out the application and met with the shop foreman. We talked for a while, about nothing really. He then told me about the company, what they did and who their customers were. Told me that I would need to travel, and at times would need to spend a lot of time in the field. He asked the sort of things that I had done, then asked me to take a pre employment test. It was pretty easy. Then I took a welding test, and some other guy in the shop watched me weld. After that he talked to the shop foreman and he offered me a job. I turned the job down for a couple of reasons. I can make more money elsewhere and don't need to be out of town in some part of the USA other country, and while I was walking through the shop all I heard was complaining about the drawings and comments about the owner in Spanish and in English. Just seemed like it would be an ugly place to be.
