WEIRD. I received a call completely out of the blue (I mean I applied for the job but this interview was unexpected) from I guess a new HR person, seemed like an intern. I’m not even sure it was an HR person because she didn’t really introduce herself or even refresh me on what the role entailed that she was calling me about. She just called out of the blue and started asking me phone screen questions. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company just call me out of a blue and start doing a phone interview in my career, it was very strange and definitely gave me a poor impression of this company. Oh and then they sent me a canned rejection letter the next day even though I answered all of the questions perfectly. But who knows who I talked to because they never sent an email or provided any contact info. Again, SUPER WEIRD.
