Interview
I applied to a permanent position at the Asics office based in Hoofddorp. First approach has been a phone call with HR. Living close in Netherlands, I had the chance to be easily available to visit the office. I have been there few times by being selected at every step of the full recruitment. I met various people from HR, the team or crossed people related to the position. I presented my portfolio. I filed a quick questionnaire on personally and competency online too.
I appreciated my interviews and the global approach. I got opportunities to speak about myself and to ask questions too. It seems that the brand really focus on my competences, skills and also my personality. They want to be sure that the various candidates fit to ASICS spirit and to the teams. As a candidate, it is nothing you can really prepare or control but I like the idea to be selected as a person and not only as a working employee (if this makes sense).
