I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ASSA ABLOY Group (Willenhall, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
There were two stages to the interview process, the first stage was an initial meeting with the MD and line manager. This was to go over the key points of the job description and pretty much described in more detail exactly what the company does and how my role would play part into that. To be honest I found this a little pointless in the sense that we just repeated what was on the job listing however it was good to get a feel of the job and colleagues. I was then contacted for a second interview which was more in depth than the first. After I had finished the second interview I was called the same day and was offered a position.

Question 1
I was asked a lot of scenario based questions and was asked to give examples of what I would do in different situations. At the end of the interview I was asked to read an email and point out where the grammar mistakes were and was also asked to draft up what my response would be to it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASSA ABLOY Group (Melbourne) in Jun 2024
Interview
Was a good interview process for a customer service representative included role-specific questions, practical scenarios, and skills assessments. Also evaluated communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, while providing clear insights into the company culture and expectations.
