Interview
The interview process started with an initial HR phone screening to understand background and motivation. This was followed by a written test focusing on market analysis and logical thinking. Then I had one to two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and regional stakeholders, including a business presentation. After final alignment, I received a verbal offer by phone, followed by a formal written offer.
