Extensive Testing of 2 days and my name was put on some list. I stayed in a hotel and participated in a series of tests: in-box exercise, organizational prioritizing, reading and completing order forms. I did not hear from the company until I forced an interview and then received 2 offers. Needless to say, I was flummoxed. I accepted one of the 2 offers, worked their for 7 years, progressed within a very tightly conscribed promotional space. When I left, I felt I had been well-trained in the ATT way and that I had been let out of jail.
