Interview
There were two rounds of interviews — the first conducted over the phone and the second in person. The focus of the discussions leaned heavily toward the automotive industry, particularly on powertrain systems.
While the position was advertised as Data Analytics Engineer on LinkedIn, the expectations during the interview aligned more closely with a Data Science role, involving technical depth that was not reflected in the original job description. It would have been helpful if the description had more accurately represented the scope and technical requirements of the role.
That said, the panel members were very professional and engaging throughout the process, and I appreciated the opportunity to speak with them.
