Here are the steps of the process:
- Screening interview with HR Recruiter
- AVM Staff interview, here he evaluates you technical level
- Project member interview, here in addition to evaluate your technical level you check if you are a match for the team. Also we did a live coding algorithm exercise.
- Final interview with Project's Staff Engineer Manager
