I was contacted for an interview by email after applying on Abbott's jobs website. The interview consisted of an initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the next level up manager followed by interviews with 2 peer positions. All interviews were ~45 minutes and were one on one. All the interviews were the situational "tell me about a time when.............". Closed with a final 15 minutes with the hiring manager. Subsequent to the interview, I had no response for several weeks and finally after a few follow up emails (~10 weeks after the interview), I got a response to one of my emails informing me that I would not be receiving an offer.

First, there was a remote call with the hiring manager for bout 30-45 minutes, discussing the role and my background. Then, there was an onsite tour/interview with the hiring manager, operations manager, and a few longtime engineers.
