I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott
Interview
Phone screen, digital interview, one on one with hiring manager, one on one manager counterpart, personality test, panel interview, final interview with Regional Director. Everyone was really nice and the recruiter was very organized. LOTS of STAR questions. Tell me about a time...what did you do...what were the results. Be prepared. Show how you accomplished your results versus generic answers. Also look up clinical information when preparing for the role plays. They expect improvement on the second role play over the first.

Question 1
What was your biggest risk, tell me about a time you bent the rules, what is your greatest accomplishment, tell me about a time when your agenda didn't match others....etc...STAR questions. If you look online there is a list of potential questions that may be asked.
Very conversational, personal, etc. Great team, and the interview is just to see if you have the interpersonal skills to work with the team as well as the problem solving skills and work ethic to succeed. I ended up turning down the job offer because I realized it wasn’t the career I wanted, but working with that team would have been great.
It was a long process and felt like it was a bit repetitive in regards to the conversations that were had. I know it’s a large company so that comes with it
video interview to be sent in before even talking to someone. took to long, impersonal. no updates for any portion of the process. I did not receive an offer but I continued interviewed with other companies.
